Applied for our senior care position. On Sunday evening, I asked if she was available Monday - Friday from 6:00am to 9:00am. She responded much later that night confirming she was available, asked for my address, and told me to call her in the morning, providing her contact info. The next morning (Monday), tried reaching her several times starting at 5:00am. Called her several times between 5:00am and 5:58am, left a voicemail, and sent several text messages. Every single call went straight to voicemail. She sent a brief "Good Morning" text at 5:35am, but when I immediately followed up at 5:45am to ask if she was still coming, she went silent again and never followed up. Today was an important day because of a doctor's appointment and needed crucial help with personal care only. The lack of professionalism and total failure to communicate left us stranded. Unreliable and poor communication—do not recommend.
