We hired Tamme as a full-time nanny for our daughter who was 7 months old when she started. Tamme was super professional, dependable and warm. You could tell she loves babies and her job. I was working from home and Tamme navigated the fact that I was around all day incredibly gracefully. We would still be working with Tamme, but our daughter unexpectedly got into daycare. We weren't sure how our daughter would do in daycare so Tamme agreed to help us with a slow transition by continuing to work with our daughter and take her to daycare, and gradually reduce her hours and increase daycare hours over the course of several weeks. She was incredibly gracious with the transition even though it meant she'd need to find another job. I highly recommend Tamme as a caregiver and all-around good person.
