About Tamia

I have 2 years as an Infant & Toddler Teacher, 3 as a Pre-K Lead Teacher, and 5 years of private nannying with multiple families simultaneously. I work with children newborn through school-age across all developmental stages. This work is a calling. I create environments where children feel empowered to ask questions, explore independently, and collaborate. Everything I do is built around three pillars: confidence , teamwork, and individuality. I specialize in STEM, indoor and outdoor play, and mindfulness practices. I meet each child where they are and build from there. On the household side, I maintain tidy spaces, prepare meals, and support children with specific schedules, health requirements, disabilities, or dietary needs. I am seeking part-time placement with a family that values clear communication, mutual respect, and intentional care. I am not here just to watch your children - I am here to invest in them.
