I qualify to be a lead teacher in childcare settings. I have been a lead teacher for many years. I have taught English as a second language at the library. The teacher who I taught with and I taught English as a second language by acting out what we said in English. We would have the students say something like , "I would like to deposit a check." The class would act out being at the bank. We also used books with pictures for every word we taught. The students would have the book that matched their primary language.
