Hello, my name is Támar. I have hands-on experience working with children and youth with special needs, including ADHD, autism, and cognitive or behavioral challenges. I've worked one-on-one with students from elementary through high school, helping them develop skills, manage routines, and engage in learning activities tailored to their needs. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, patient, attentive, and committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where children feel understood and empowered. I enjoy building trust, encouraging independence, and celebrating each child's progress, while adapting activities to their unique abilities and interests. I recently earned my bachelor's degree and am continuing my education in a nursing program. I bring creativity, empathy, and consistency to every role, and I'm passionate about helping children with special needs thrive, grow, and gain confidence in a nurturing, structured setting.
