About Tamara

I'd describe myself as dependable, compassionate, and patient. I've enjoyed working with children since high school, when I took Early Childhood Education classes and worked directly with preschoolers. Since then, I've held several caregiving positions providing one-on-one support and also worked in a school supporting children with autism. I love kids' energy, curiosity, and unique personalities, and I enjoy creating a safe, comfortable environment where they can have fun and be themselves. I take the responsibility of caring for someone's child seriously and value open communication and trust with the families I work with. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, hiking, camping, exploring new places, reading, and spending time at the lake. I'd love to find a family where I can provide reliable care while building a positive relationship with both the children and their parents.
