I'm a dedicated childcare provider with a genuine passion for nurturing the growth and development of children. With three years of experience caring for children of various ages, I've gained the expertise to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where kids can thrive. My friendly and approachable personality, coupled with my strong communication skills, allows me to build trusting relationships with both children and parents. I believe in open and regular communication, providing written daily reports and using the parents' preferred method for updates and addressing any issues that may arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while still maintaining a warm and positive atmosphere. I enjoy a variety of games with children, from educational games that promote learning to technology-based games and apps. I hold a graduate degree, and in addition to English, I'm also fluent in sign language (ASL) and Spanish.
