About Mikayla

Bringing seven years of experience working with children aged newborn to 11, I'm passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging environment. My positive experiences in previous babysitting roles inspired me to support families by providing reliable childcare and positively impacting young lives. I hold a graduate degree and have completed Early Child Development coursework. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and approachable, and I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and even some technology-based games with kids. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children and can assist with carpooling and light housekeeping. I always communicate with parents at pickup and follow their preferred communication methods.
