Hello, my name is Talia. I am pursuing a graduate degree in early childhood education and infancy at Bank Street College on the UWS. I have spent the last year working in an infant/toddler classroom at the Bank Street Family Center, and I'm looking to transition into working more intimately with one family as a full time nanny. Before I started working at the Family Center, I cared for a child, full-time, from age 2 weeks to 8 months. I have extensive experience with infants and toddlers both in a home setting and a school setting. I believe strongly in the importance of modeling kindness and empathy with children, and my goal as a caregiver is to form a trusting and joyful relationship with each child. I will be ending my contract with the Family Center this coming August.
