About Talia

I have always loved working with people of all ages. I recently began volunteering for an elder care organization & have found being with elderly so rewarding. I feel drawn to care giving in general & having lost my mother just over a year ago, feel especially drawn to the elderly at this time. I am a naturally caring person & feel well equipped to care for anyone in need. Also, my sister had a massive stroke in 2019 that left her partially paralyzed & with severe aphasia, a communication disability, where she can't speak much or read or write & although she understands a great deal, communication is extremely difficult. I was her full time caregiver for 6 months after she was hospitalized, managing all her many doctors appointments, managing her medication, & caring for all of her daily needs such as food, bathing, & changing of her incontinence products, making me uniquely qualified for caring for anyone in any stage of life.
