About Talei

Hi parents! My name is Talei. I'm am currently a 21-year-old rising senior at Cal State Fullerton and a member of the women's soccer team. I grew up in the Bay Area, where my parents run a licensed at-home daycare called Pumpkin Seed Childcare. This business started when I was 18 months old, resulted in a childhood full of toddlers, waking me up for school, and greeting me when I got home! This incredible community of kids gave me years of experience playing games, singing songs, reading books, answering curious questions, and calming toddler tears. I became officially employed at Pumpkin Seed when I was 14, and over the years I extended my connections with the pumpkin seed families through frequent babysitting opportunities. It is my hope to now expand my caretaking wings on my own. I am excited at the prospect of meeting families in need of a friendly, energetic, invested, and kind babysitter!
