Takisha has stepped into caring for my Mom at a moment's notice and it was a complicated situation! My Mom's health was worse than I knew about and she also had to deal with some drama. She has been the most rare of combinations, empathetic and practical. She has made it her business to know my mom and her needs (in less than a week!); she is extremely communicative, engaged--always thinking of needs and options--flexible, and professional. She saved me and my Mom's bacon. 1000% recommend!
