Oh, words can’t do Charlene justice but I can try. She was truly a gift to our family. After a year of hiring multiple caregivers through a company to assist my 92 year-old grandpa (who was on hospice with Alzheimer’s, among other things) we were seeking just one private caregiver who was reliable, knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and compassionate. We were so lucky to find all those qualities and more in Charlene. She cared for my grandpa all the way through the last few days of his life with so much genuine love, kindness, and humor (my grandpa loved a good joke!). She brought us peace of mind during such a precious season. We will always be grateful for the comfort and joy she brought not only to our grandfather, but to our entire family. I cannot recommend Charlene highly enough!
