Charlene was truly an angel to our family. She didn’t just provide care — she became part of our family. Even when she wasn’t scheduled to work, she would check in to make sure my dad was okay because she genuinely cared about his well-being. On the night he passed, although she was not on duty, she came and stayed with him to comfort both him and the night sitter. That level of compassion and dedication speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. Charlene is trustworthy, dependable, and always prompt. Most importantly, she cares deeply about the people she looks after. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She would be an incredible caregiver for anyone fortunate enough to have her.
