Symone was very nice and professional when interviewing. She seemed like a good fit at first. Our nanny cams showed my 2 year old making several attempts to get her to play and interact. Symone just stayed sitting on the couch, on her phone the whole 4 hours with little to no interaction. We have a ring doorbell which alerted us that she had ran out to her car across the street leaving the front door wide open. We wouldn't feel safe/comfortable having her babysit again.
