Hi! I am a certified Life Coach w/background in Healthy Eating/ nutrition. I help Families get their health back on track with simple healthy FOOD choices :) For children, teens, babies, parents. As part of my caregiving help this can GREATLY improve-- behavior, energy, physical/emotional health, anxiety, learning & much more! Some ways I can help: 1) SHOPPING: going over/finding the foods that tastes good to you- picking the healthier version 2) KITCHEN Prep: WHOLE foods, organic (lotta veggies, fruits, fish, chicken, low sugar, low grains/gluten-free, minimally processed. I prep & make it easy to repeat 3) CLEAN & ORGANIZE! clean cupboards, ongoing frig & make room for those better choices My background is vast! Includes Social work- w/Families- Seniors, Teens, Children+ I also Love outdoors- gardening, walking, socializing, playing, am super patient but also enjoy working hard to get the job done.
