Hello, my name is Sydney R. I have experience taking care of children of all ages- from newborns to middle school ages. In 2019, I spent eight months as a live-in nanny for a child, from birth to 8 months old. Whether it be newborns, twin toddlers, pre-K or elementary school, I've babysat/nannied them all! Seeing as I come from a family with 9 siblings it isn't too hard. I moved from my home in North Carolina to the New Orleans area where I cared for an infant from 2-11 months and then relocated to the NYC area for 3 years and am now back in Wilmington, NC! I would love to assist in any way that I can, to be the extra helper for your family!

I hired Sydney to be our full time nanny for my then 4 month old because my maternity leave was ending and I couldn't find a decent daycare. She was always super punctual and reliable. We had a great open line of communication and she was ready and willing to learn new things like elimination communication and how to use cloth diapers. She traveled with me and my daughter and it made traveling with a baby an amazing experience. She left to go Au pair in Europe for a bit and I cried when she left. She really became part of the family and the next family who gets to work with her is very lucky!
