About Sydney

With over six years of experience in the education field and growing up with a brother diagnosed with low functioning Autism, I am passionate about empowering students with scaffolded content and instruction that meets their diverse needs and goals. As an adjunct professor at Lynn University, I teach courses on exceptional student education, data collection, speech and language, and professional development for educators, drawing from my doctoral degree in Educational Leadership, master's degree in Exceptional Student Education, and application in ASD classrooms. In addition, I am an Exceptional Student Educator where I implement evidence-based curricula and standards for students. I am committed to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments that foster social and emotional skills, communication, and academic skills for all learners.
