About Sydney

Special Needs Nanny | RBT | CPR & First Aid Certified Hi! I'm Sydney, a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a degree in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have experience working with children of all ages, including those with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, developmental disabilities, and speech delays. I provide patient, compassionate, and individualized care while supporting communication, social skills, independence, routines, and positive behavior strategies. I enjoy creating engaging activities that help children learn, grow, and have fun. Services include babysitting, nanny care, respite care, homework support, structured play, and special needs support. I value strong communication with families and strive to create a safe, supportive environment where children feel confident and successful.
