Hi, i'm Aubrey :) I'm a passionate, nurturing, and experienced caregiver with a degree in human development from CSUSM and field work in behavioral therapy! I became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2023 and was in the field for 3 years supporting children with special needs through individualized care, play-based strategies, and positive reinforcement in environments from in-home, clinic, and schools. Working with children alongside their siblings and families to support their learning, and play is such a purposeful and rewarding experience for me. I mostly work with baby's and toddlers ages 15 months-5yo, but have experience with all ages. My favorite part of childcare is connecting with kids' interests, and learning styles, and being a fun dependable role model! I'm happy to provide references on request.
