About Gladys

Hello! I'm Gladys, a calm, attuned caregiver and educator who delights in witnessing how children see and make sense of the world. I've worked as a behavior interventionist, homeschool pod teacher, and music educator, and I've raised four neurodivergent children of my own. My approach is gentle, responsive, and child-led. I believe every child has an inner wisdom that deserves to be heard. I love finding opportunities to weave learning into play, mixing the arts with academic lessons, and helping children notice their skill development. I believe great care comes from good communication and shared understanding. I collaborate closely with parents to maintain consistency and support each child's growth. I'm also confident caring for pets and keeping daily routines running smoothly.
