About Sydney

Hi families! My name is Sydney! This is my 4th consecutive year working in childcare. I started my career in childcare as an assistant teacher in a daycare. There, I cared for children ages 1-9. I have since moved on from the in-school setting, to the in-home setting. I have obtained many skills in my years as a childcare provider. I have gained the ability to think quickly in intense situations, effective redirection tactics, developmental steps and milestones for children of different ages. I look forward to providing individualized care to families, and their children now. I pet-sit on the side, so I am also comfortable with pets/animals (care for animals would require a wage adjustment)! Working with kiddos has brought me so much pride and joy and I can't wait to expand my horizons now, as a nanny! Thank you for taking the time to read about me, and I would love to hear from you!
