My passion lies in supporting their well-being and independence, while offering families a dependable care solution. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, verbal updates during visits, and written daily reports to keep families informed. I respect the independence of care recipients. I have experience incorporating memory care activities and managing behavioral changes, confusion, and agitation. I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations. I provide respite care, hospice services, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I have a high school degree, CPR Training, and First Aid Training. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I find immense joy in making a positive difference in the lives of those I care for.
