We were really looking forward to getting to know Sydney, she seemed like she would have been a great fit for our family - but unfortunately she no called/no showed to our agreed upon time and day which is a major red flag when looking for reliable childcare. I reached out multiple times to give her the opportunity to explain what happened but she has not responded.
