Nidia is a lovely person who truly cares about her charges. She was our nanny for a few months and showed patience and kindness with all of us. She asks for feedback and applies those comments. Nidia would do chores around the house during nap time, even though we didn't ask her. If we didn't leave her anything to do, she would find something to clean. She bought toys on her own and would bring us fruit from her home. A true gem.
