Sydney was extremely dependable and reliable. She did a great job managing the after school routine of our three kids ages 13, 10, and 6. She was always on time and willing to do anything that needed to be done. She was thoughtful and thorough, and warm with the kids. She's both calm and active, and able to relate equally well to our teenager and our kindergartner. We would have loved to keep her, but we had only hired her to fill in for our full time nanny temporarily. I would recommend Sydney for any age child.
