Hey there! My name is Sydney. I currently live in VT but recently visited Oregon and fell in love and hoping to move within the next year (end of 2026/beginning of 2027). I have over 10 years working with individuals (children and adults) with a range of developmental disabilities. I worked for 8 years with children, and 3 years with a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism. I realized that although there were many things I loved about working with kids and ABA, it was not truly my passion and for the last 2. 5 years I have worked with adults at a Camphill community called Heartbeet Lifesharing in Hardwick, VT. During these years I have truly found my passion in supporting and hanging out with the coolest and best people out there. I absolutely love living life and supporting adults with Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, etc. When I move I would love to continue working with this population.
