About Diane

Making a difference in someone's life is what truly motivates me as a caregiver. With 36 years of experience in adult and senior care, I'm passionate about supporting well-being and independence. I have some college education and speak English and Sign Language (ASL). My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I understand the importance of earning trust and adapting to changing needs, especially when handling confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations. I provide various services, including transportation, hospice support, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I communicate with families through verbal updates, text, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
