About Sydney

I've been working with kids for about five years now, and I genuinely love creating a fun, calm, and supportive environment for them. Babysitting is something I've always enjoyed, and it's really shaped how much I love helping families feel supported and stress-free. Along with babysitting, I was also an assistant teacher at a school until I moved to Iowa for college. I'm super patient, friendly, and big on communication - I always give quick verbal updates at pickup and can send texts throughout the day if you'd like. I'm consistent with any household rules, and I love keeping kids engaged with outdoor play, board games, and little learning activities. I'm certified in First Aid and CPR and have taken Early Child Development coursework. I'm also happy to help with meal prep, light cleaning, carpooling, travel, or watching the kids while swimming.
