Hello there! My name is Suzie, and I have been a home health care provider for 43 years. I have worked for nurse finders of Arizona and Kelly Healthcare for 15 years. I also do private home health care. I worked as a health unit coordinator and as an OB technician for 5. 5 years at Good Samaritan Hospital as well as at Community Hospital and in MedSurg. I am CPR certified for infant, child and adult, also ED certified, and have a first aid card. I also have a level 1 fingerprint clearance card, a current TB shot, and a current food handlers card.
