Hello there my name is Suzie and I have been our home health care provider for 43 years now. I have worked for nurse finders of Arizona and Kelly healthcare for 15 years. I also do mostly private duty I worked as a health unit coordinator an OB technician for 5 1/2 years at good Samaritan hospital and also at community hospital And MedSurg. I am CPR for infant child and adult certified, also a ED, first aid card, I also have a fingerprint clearance card, level, one a current TB shot and a current food handlers card.
