I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I prioritize safety, trust, and independence while getting to know each person. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Building connections through being friendly being respectful , being honesty, being engaged and being encouragement and having good heart is important to me. I'm friendly and approachable.
