Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is what I'm all about. For the past five years, I've dedicated myself to supporting their well-being and independence. I'm a compassionate and detail-oriented caregiver. I communicate with families through verbal updates during visits. I also respect the independence of those in my care. My experience includes adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I hold a college degree, and I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid. I offer transportation, run errands, provide light housekeeping, and prepare meals. Ultimately, I strive to provide the kind of care I would want for my own family.
