About Susiane

Susiane joined us shortly after the birth of our younger daughter, and from the very beginning, she has been an extraordinary source of support, care, and love for our children and our entire family. She has been working with our family for the last 3 years as a house manager and nanny. Susi guided us through the earliest postpartum days with incredible patience and intuition. She is the kind of caretaker who notices everything, from the slightest swelling under my daughter’s eye to subtle changes in her mood or eating habits. Her attentiveness once led to the early recognition of a urinary tract infection in our toddler, and she handled everything with calm and competence. She also worked miracles with bottle refusals and potty training, successfully potty training our daughter by 18 months. Beyond her exceptional childcare skills, Susi has been the heart of our home. She manages nap schedules, gymnastics classes, laundry, meals, and all the countless details that keep a busy household running smoothly. Thanks to her reliability and nurturing presence, I was able to advance professionally and become a partner in my group, knowing my children were in the best hands possible. Susi is a woman of many talents. She bakes with my daughters, does arts and crafts with them, and shows a genuine interest in who they are and the little humans they are growing up to be. She is endlessly patient, listening as they tell her stories about their friends or make endless music requests, from K-pop demon hunters to the Frozen soundtrack. She plays tag and make-believe, always meeting them in their world with kindness, warmth, and enthusiasm. Both of my daughters look forward to every moment they spend with Susi, and it’s hard to imagine our household without her. Susi has become a friend of mine, and a second mother to our daughters. She is loving, trustworthy, proactive, and deeply devoted to the children in her care. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her.
