It is my pleasure to write a review for Sue. She has been our full time in home nanny for the last year and a half. She quickly acclimated into our family and became a valued, trusted, reliable and beloved caregiver when our daughter was only 6 months old. Sue has a calm, attentive and flexible approach that would meet the needs of any child. She has been exceptional in giving our daughter the 1:1 attention we desired. Sue continuously recognized our daughters physical and emotional growth through the ever changing developmental stages and put forth effort to alter activities to enhance and safely encourage her growth and development. She mixes appropriate learning into her playtime, incorporating pretend or make believe experiences into the day. She reads frequently to our daughter and has taught her to begin to read books back to her at only 2 years of age. She also has introduced her to a few select educational programs online to accompany her level of education. She loves to incorporate time outside during all seasons creating creative outdoor activities that are developmentally appropriate to age. Sue is extremely dependable and is always on time for work. Sue has been willing to come early or stay late when needed. Most importantly, Sue has treated our daughter with love and kindness for the last two years and we know our daughter has gotten a good start in her life because of Sue’s care. Our daughter will genuinely miss having Miss Sue around and we will miss having Sue care for our daughter as we know how fortunate and blessed we have been to have her as part of our family for the last year and a half.
