I have worked for Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) for 20 years, with 15 years dedicated to supporting students with physical disabilities. This experience has helped me create a supportive, inclusive environment for children with diverse needs. In addition to my professional background, I have raised four children and ran an in-home child care service, where I developed skills in child development, managing household tasks, and addressing academic, social, and emotional needs.
