About Susan

I have supported over 7 families in Southern California, Boise, Idaho, and Sterling, Virginia. I am naturally skilled at caring for and positively communicating with children. I understand the pressures of family life and how a household needs to be run while mom and dad are working. I've cared for all ages; newborns - toddlers, elementary school ages and teenagers! All ages bring a special and unique set of relating skills, all of which I do with a positive attitude and eagerness. I am currently working on my teaching credential and therefore hope to secure a position where I can work part-time or full-time on a cash arrangement. I have a reliable car, insurance and excellent driving record. My fingerprints are on file in OC and California. Referrals available! I recently earned my Master's Degree in Education, Secondary English and have worked as a tutor several times in subjects of reading, writing, comprehension, fluency and simple math.
