About Rachel

Nurturing children's growth and development is a genuine passion of mine. I am eager to make a positive impact on young lives. My seven years of experience caring for children ages 1-12+ has allowed me to develop my skills in early childhood education. I am comfortable caring for up to five children. I have a college degree, and I am a certified teacher with Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development coursework. I am also trained in First Aid and CPR. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, including verbal updates at pickup and regular texts or phone calls. I am happy to help with carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
