Susan is a great nanny. I've primarily observed her working with my 3 year daughter over the past year. She is fun, but also remains "in charge". She always has a positive attitude and something nice to say. She's very consistent and reasonable in the way she treats my daughter. Susan is also open to feedback, and easy to communicate with. In summary, I look forward to having her in my home just as much as my daughter does, and I feel lucky to have found her!
