I wholeheartedly believe there is a student scholar in every child. For over 10 years through working for Boston Public Schools, being a Boston Teachers Union Homework Helper, and private tutoring, I've been helping students unlock their learning potential through teaching and personalized tutoring. I hold a Wellesley College degree and create engaging, supportive learning environments where students thrive. I actively listen to understand individual learning styles and adapt my methods using visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions. By breaking down complex topics and celebrating small wins, I keep students motivated and build confidence. Communication is key, so I provide regular updates to parents, fostering a collaborative approach. It's incredibly rewarding to see students gain confidence and achieve their academic goals. I am CPR and First Aid trained and comfortable with pets. I'd love to partner with you to make learning enjoyable and successful.
