I recently retired from a 25-year Active Duty, Army Human Resources career. I've raised 2 children (now 25 years old) and I'm currently an active SuSu to my 4-year-old grandson in our multi-generational household. While I don't have paid experience except for many year ago in a daycare center, I have 25 years of hands of experience of motherhood, juggling school activities, traveling with competitive sports teams, and the day-to-day duties that makes a household run, all while managing a full time Human Resources career.
