Ms. Rachel has been wonderful with our 5-year old son and we greatly appreciate her help. She's been helping our family for over a year now. She is dependable and very communicative. We know she will follow the rules we establish for our son and we never wonder how he is doing when he is in her care (she lets us know immediately after he's been picked up from school and keeps us posted on his mood and how he's doing). Ms. Rachel has also helped us with our younger son for ad hoc babysitting and she's wonderful with him as well!
