About Susan

My husband and I moved back to my hometown in Maine after raising our three sons in Massachusetts. I worked with young children in many capacities finishing as a consulting teacher in a child care center. Once settled back in Maine I decided to look for opportunities with seniors rather than littles to help families who can't always be present for their aging loved ones who want to remain in their homes. I was living away when my own parents needed assistance and have experienced both sides of feeling the rewards of receiving help and now in helping others. I was fortunate to be connected to a wonderful family and have been with their matriach for four years until she just recently passed at 96 years old.
