About Arlene

Arlene helped my 88 year old mother, initially in independent living, then due to medical issues in a rehab facility and assisted living. She was exceptional in how she handled my mother who was extremely frustrated with her health related decline. Arlene has vast experience with the challenges my mother was facing and infinite patience with her difficult disposition. Arlene tactfully challenged my mother to do the work required in the rehab facility and did much more than the facility staff to help her with the exercises, getting her back to being able to take care of herself and regain her mobility. Arlene tactfully pushed the staff to provide better and more specific care to meet my mothers needs and hasten her recovery. Arlene continued to to do everything she was doing for 7 weeks in the rehab facility after we moved into assisted living. She has strong medical skillsets and truly loves helping elderly folks which played the key role in my mother's recovery.
