Susan worked for us for over four years, beginning with one two year old and ending with a 6 year old and 3 year old. She is fantastic with newborns, babies, toddlers and preschool age children, which can be hard to find! She was never late, and always very helpful - house was always very clean when we got home and she helped around the house with laundry, dishes, and errands like grocery shopping or meal prep. Susan is also great to work with - she's funny, positive, upbeat - I now realize she was taking care of me too as I struggled to get used to two children, one of which had colic and was a very fussy baby. We still miss her and she'll always be a great part of our lives. Both of my boys (age 8 and 6 now) still consider her their favorite nanny/sitter. She is a gem and you will be very lucky to hire her!
