Susan has worked for me for 2 years as a nanny for my 4 year old twins, and she is absolutely wonderful! She is very experienced with children and it shows. She is extremely patient, caring, and loving, while also being firm and consistent. She does crafts, plays outside, engages them in imaginative play, reads to them, plays games, etc. She also takes them out of the house to the library, children's museum, and playgrounds. My kids adore her! Susan also makes my life easier by doing various chores around the house and helping to keep the house tidy. On top of being amazing with children and a huge helping hand around the house, Susan is a delightful person to be around. She is a very warm, easygoing and positive person, and she is also extremely responsible and dependable. We feel so lucky to have her in our lives! I can't recommend her highly enough.
