About Susana

Susana has been an amazing addition to our family and I would highly recommend her. The only reason we are parting ways is because I am moving out of state- we will miss her dearly. I was impressed by her the first time we met- she was a great communicator, asked all the right questions, was organized, professional, and kind. She shows up early and always with a smile on her face ready to get started. She is flexible and has gone above and beyond always offering to help out and do more. She is really wonderful with educating my toddler (he picked up spanish in a few months!) practicing colors, numbers, etc while also making sure he has time outside and the freedom to explore and socialize with other children at our neighborhood park. I feel that balance is incredibly important. She cooks and sends me updates on his meals, always making sure they are well balanced along with making arepas! She is cautious and safe which is important during this very active age. She is very open to direct feedback and I appreciate the friendly and professional relationship we have- I know we are working together as a team and that benefits my child. That is so important, as I have had prior experiences where that was not the case and it was very stressful. When my kid was sick she was amazing at keeping me updated, following the plan, and letting me know immediately when she was concerned. She is also great with my two crazy dogs and my neighbors have independently told me what a wonderful person she is. Being a working mom and trusting your child with someone is very stressful, but Susana has lifted a weight off my shoulder. Look no further!
