About Susan
Experience: 10 yrs
As a nanny I recognize that there is a wide difference in each child's growth, background, and abilities. Supporting, nurturing, and encouraging the child with love and kindness is very important to helping the child become a broadly developed individual. I believe that a child's development thrives on a reasonable routine, but it should also be flexible enough to accommodate exceptions and valuable learning opportunities. Daily activities such as reading, teaching, playing, and exploring are what brings satisfaction to both the child and me, the caregiver.
