About Hailey

I have 7 years of experience in childcare from newborn - 7 years old. I also have 6 nephews and nieces under 5 yrs old. My goal as a nanny is to provide a loving, nurturing, and supportive environment that meets each child's individual needs. I strive to encourage and support each child as they learn, grow, and develop. I believe that both outdoor activities and creative indoor crafts provide wonderful opportunities for children to explore, learn, and develop important skills in all areas of development. Most importantly, I hope to create a safe, caring, and fun environment where each child feels loved and encouraged to be themselves.
