About Summer

Hi there, my name is Summer and I'm an energetic and creative 23-year-old! I started out in the finance world but fell into childcare 2 years ago and love it so much! I have experiences with ages newborn to 12 years old. I'm looking for a full time position, with a minimum of a one-year commitment, and my rates start at $23/hour for one child. I have worked as a paraprofessional for a couple of years as well as a daycare teacher. I'm CPR certified, have my own car, and have taken online courses in child development as well as being in school for primary education. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing seasonal crafts, baking, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and special weekly outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to. I look forward to meeting you!
