About Sullivan

For five years, I have helped my private students achieve their goals with the utmost success in learning English as a second language, learning Spanish as a second language, writing and reading comprehension in upper level English classes, and applying to prestigious universities and other programs. I love to read and write, and feel lucky that these skills come naturally to me. My main goal is to help my students feel confident in their abilities to express themselves clearly and confidently through writing and speaking, which can be very challenging! I have worked with all ages--I've had students from age 7 to 55 who are learning English for the first time, I've had high school students who are struggling to maintain their grades in English or Spanish class, and I've had graduate students who required assistance in learning to express themselves and their strengths in writing for applications for graduate programs and grants. This is my favorite job!
