Selina did such a fantastic job taking care of our son, who was 13 to 16 months during the time that she was his nanny. Had we not left the Boulder area, we certainly would have kept her on! Right away, we noticed that Selina was super engaging with our son - during the interview process she was very interactive, pointing out objects and naming them, working hard to make him laugh, and smiling the whole time. When she started caring for our son she continued to be engaging, and helped him learn lots of new words, took him for walks, and was around to help him as he began to walk. Selina is super professional - she never once showed up late, and if she had to change her schedule she gave us lots of advance notice to make plans. Due to our own busy schedules, we asked her to stay a bit later than usual a few times, and she was able to make it work. She also followed any and all instructions we had about our son’s mealtimes, naps, and any work to be done while he was sleeping. She also did an excellent job with food prep for our son. In addition to being our son’s part-time nanny, Selina also babysat on several occasions for us. Again, she was always on time, and did a great job at getting our son to bed at his usual bedtime. We strongly recommend Selina for any of your care needs - whether that’s as a nanny or as needed for babysitting. We will all miss her - especially our son - and wish that we could have taken her back home with us!
